Returns & Exchanges

As a brand dedicated to offering bespoke and high-quality garments, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a dispute with the product received. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer an exchange or full refund. If you believe the product you received is not in the condition it was supposed to be, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product by emailing womaniadesignstudio@gmail.com or calling 9775301488
  2. . Kindly provide clear images of the damage or issue for our team to review.
  3. Approval for Return: If the returned product qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need this RA number to proceed with the return.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be borne by Womania, but only in the event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Once the returned product is inspected and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process or exchange at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that custom-made or personalized items, as well as any products worn or washed, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be processed before the product has been shipped. Once the product is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
